Purchase Direct in Thirteen States, or Over 56% of the U.S. Wine Consuming Market

The Wine REvolution program is currently available in thirteen states: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, IL, NY, OH, OR, TX, VT, WA, and WY. We continue to evaluate new opportunities and will expand the number of states open for Direct-to-Trade sales in the near future. The following identifies those states currently open for IBG’s Direct-to-Trade program, those identified for future inclusion in the program, as well as those states to which direct sales are prohibited by state law.

In order to ensure full legal compliance with state rules & regulations, IBG works directly with the states to gain access to liquor license databases, as well as to ensure any state-mandated operations necessary for direct sales are in place. IBG works with the alcohol industry’s finest and most respected alcohol beverage legal specialists, as well as a number of state alcohol beverage commissions. We evaluate each state for potential inclusion in the program based on several factors including demand for wine as well as degree of difficulty in meeting state-mandated regulations. Once a state has been selected for inclusion in the program, we continue to work with that state in terms of both notifications of rule changes as well as timely updates to the license database.
